There was a large Dumpster in front of property and a permit to replace the roof. This place needs some work before it is ready for guests. "I am giving it such low stars because I was charged first when making reservations through Expedia but then was charged again when I checked into the hotel which I was told was a deposit and would be given back at check out but I have yet to receive it back and when I called, they directed me to call Expedia which I also did and nobody has fixed the issue."
